14-day withdrawal period
Notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product. For several products ordered together but delivered separately, the period starts upon receipt of the last product. No reason is required. Use this form, the model form below or an unambiguous email to info@boomber.nl. Neither this form nor prior permission is required.
Return shipping at your expense
Send the product back within 14 days after notifying us, to GG internet / Boomber, Groene Specht 3, 4356 DA Oostkapelle, Netherlands. You pay direct return shipping costs; the rate depends on your carrier and sending country. The product can be returned by ordinary parcel post. Pack it carefully and keep proof of dispatch.
Inspection and shortening
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Do not cut the line or tube while undecided. Handling or shortening beyond what is needed to assess the product may cause a deduction for diminished value. It does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal.
Refund
We refund within 14 days after withdrawal, using the same payment method at no charge. We may wait until we receive the product or proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier. Full withdrawal includes the original standard delivery costs, but not an upgrade to more expensive delivery. With a partial return, delivery charges for the retained products remain payable.
Faulty or incorrect product?
Email info@boomber.nl. We provide a free remedy for defects or errors for which we are responsible; the rule on paying return costs yourself does not apply in that case.
