Ordering and payment
The Boomber harness line is sold individually. Product details, price including VAT, delivery charges and total are shown before payment. The order button creates an obligation to pay. Mollie handles payment and invoicing.
Delivery
We make the line to order. The stated delivery time within the Netherlands is five working days after payment; international transit takes longer. We contact you if delayed. Collection in Oostkapelle is by appointment. We bear the shipping risk until receipt. Your statutory rights concerning late delivery remain unaffected.
Returns and warranty
This standard product has a statutory right of withdrawal even though we make it after ordering. You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw, then 14 days to send it back. You pay the direct return shipping costs. The returns page contains full instructions and a form. Defects or incorrect deliveries for which we are responsible are resolved free of charge. Email complaints; we normally respond within 14 days. Your statutory rights to conforming goods remain unaffected.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies without depriving you of mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. This version applies to orders concluded under it; existing orders retain their agreed terms.
