The order button creates an obligation to pay. Mollie handles payment and invoicing. Delivery We make the line to order. The stated delivery time within the Netherlands is five working days after payment; international transit takes longer. We contact you if delayed. Collection in Oostkapelle is by appointment. We bear the shipping risk until receipt. Your statutory rights concerning late delivery remain unaffected. Returns and warranty This standard product has a statutory right of withdrawal even though we make it after ordering. You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw, then 14 days to send it back. You pay the direct return shipping costs. The returns page contains full instructions and a form. Defects or incorrect deliveries for which we are responsible are resolved free of charge. Email complaints; we normally respond within 14 days. Your statutory rights to conforming goods remain unaffected. Applicable law Dutch law applies without depriving you of mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. You pay direct return shipping costs; the rate depends on your carrier and sending country. The product can be returned by ordinary parcel post. Pack it carefully and keep proof of dispatch. Inspection and shortening You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Do not cut the line or tube while undecided. Handling or shortening beyond what is needed to assess the product may cause a deduction for diminished value. It does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal. Refund We refund within 14 days after withdrawal, using the same payment method at no charge. We may wait until we receive the product or proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier. Full withdrawal includes the original standard delivery costs, but not an upgrade to more expensive delivery. With a partial return, delivery charges for the retained products remain payable.
